Went there for a pain in my upper abdomen and they started questioning my sex life, INSISTING that I had an STD. Took every test they threw at me and guess what ! All negative. Snooty doctor checked inside my genitals and gave a sarcastic remark "Well, you know that I'm NOT going to be your Gynecologist." Uh, I wouldn't want him as my OBGYN anyways !
The nurses and most of the doctors are great except Dr.Carrie Ann Gardner, pa. She is the worst doctor I have even seen. She did not treat my symptoms she just gave me meds that make it 100% worse. I sat in my room for 3-4 hours in severe pain crying my eyes out with no help from her.
Personally I wouldn't even give this hospital a single star! Today my elderly aunt had to push her lifeline button at home and when the squad arrived they ignored her wanting to go to clermont and took her here anyway. The staff was horrible. She didn't get the a chance to approve being catheterized before the nurse forcefully inserted the catherter and twisted it causing severe pain and ignored her cries. She tried explaining she has a yeast infection and was worried about it getting worse, the nurse ignored her and left the room. She stayed alone until we were able to get there to her and by then they released her. The same nurse just yanked out her catherter didn't help her get dressed or offer a wheelchair since she isn't stable to walk on her own. We found her sitting outside crying. Be mindful that I am speaking of an elderly woman with serious health issues. A formal complaint is being filed!
I had to take my son last night to make sure he didn't have a concussion. I have never been here but I was happy with Service and Nice people. was there maybe hour and half if that. Everyone was very nice to us and I feel they did a great job checking him over.. I will go back if needed in future.
The only problem I have with this doctor office is the long wait. No matter how early you get there for your appointment you always have to wait an hour after your original appointment time. Other than that great doctors.
Even the guy working fromt counter was giving me rude remarks, glad to know they all take the Oath so seriously !! And they never even fixed my abdomen pain.
